Claiborne County Government invites separate sealed bids for the demolition and construction of two (2) new and two (2) rehab homes in Claiborne County, Tennessee. Contractor applications and Bid Packages
may be obtained by contacting Shannon Delk with TCAC at 423-586-7636 ext. 304.
The successful bidder will be required to execute an acceptable application to qualify as an approved bidder/contractor with TCAC. The successful bidder shall commence work with adequate force and equipment
on a date to be specified in a written order of Claiborne Co and shall complete work within the time prescribed in the contract documents.
Bids will be received until 3:00p.m., Thursday, August 27, 2020 and publicly opened, forthwith at the Claiborne County Mayor’s Office, 1740 Main St. Tazewell, TN 37879.
